Signup privacy notice

Updated September 30, 2026. Operated by Final Mile Leasing dba Final Mile Rental. This notice covers the Final Mile Rental West Haven opening-update form, not future rental reservations or payments.

What you provide

We collect your full name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the permission text you agree to, and the date of your request. Name, email address, and phone number are required. The form does not ask for payment details, identification documents, or an account password.

How we use it

With your permission, Final Mile Rental may contact you about the West Haven opening by email, phone, and/or text. We record your preferred contact method for follow-up. This site does not automatically send emails or texts. Joining the list is not a reservation.

Maps and directions

When you open our location map, your browser connects to Google to display it. The map is not loaded before that interaction. Directions links open Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze; those providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Storage and security

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the signup list in a private database. The list is accessible through our authorized Cloudflare account, not through a public list or website endpoint. Cloudflare Turnstile and request limits help protect the form from spam and process technical browser/network information for that purpose. Our signup database does not store your IP address, and our application does not log contact values. This release includes no advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. To correct your details, request removal, or ask about this list, email admin@finalmilerental.com. We may need to verify a request before changing a record. We keep signup details for opening-related follow-up and review the list when that purpose ends. We do not sell this signup list.

Cloudflare's processing is also described in its privacy policy.
